J.J Confirms Star Wars Trailers Are Done But Commercials Are In The Works

If you were hoping for a more revealing trailer for Star Wars: The Force Awakens, you're out of luck. 

Today, J.J told the Star Wars fans that we're not only really waiting for one thing - The film.

He then went on to say: "There will be commercials to come, but no more trailers."

It's pretty interesting to see this as most of the other Star Wars films had more trailers, highest ranking would be Episode III: Revenge of the Sith. More or less a great marketing approach for this new installment. But in all other words to say, there you have it! Sit back, watch for those commercials to hit and get ready for the ride of a lifetime.

Star Wars: The Force Awakens hits theaters December 18, 2015.

Could This Be The New Villain For Episode VIII?

The new Star Wars: The Force Awakens teaser raised a lot of questions that will leave fans speculating for months. This one is probably the most intriguing one: Who is the small dark figure standing on a distant stage behind rows of stormtroopers?

One theory is that Palpatine survived to lead the Empire once again; another speculates that the dark figure is the evil emperor's secret apprentice. Some fans say that it might be the return of Darth Vader, but this is probably the least likely as we've seen Anakin's force ghost appear at the end of Return of the Jedi.


Whoever he is, he will probably play an important role in the upcoming Star Wars trilogy. So who do you think is the dark figure shown in the Star Wars: The Force Awakens teaser?
