Exclusive: Disney Confirms Release For Unaltered Star Wars Original Trilogy Set

By: Cannon Adams

The picture above says it all ladies and gentlemen. The DVD/Blu Ray picture (left) Yoda and Obi-Wan don't look all to happy about the newer version with Hayden Christensen taking Sebastian Shaw's place as Anakin. On the unaltered picture (right) everyone there seems happy like it should have been a long time ago in so many years ago far far away. So what does this mean? The unaltered Original Trilogy win's once again.

For over a year, Disney hinted a small little detail as to releasing a Blu-ray set for the unaltered Original Trilogy. Fans have been demanding this re-release for a very long time and Disney is going to give it. EmpireMagazine tweeted this:

So this is very good news for every Star Wars fan out there because to be honest with you all and I know the Star Wars veterans and current fans can agree to one thing, the unaltered version of the Original Trilogy is the only best version out there today. So does that mean we get to hear the famous Yub-Nub Ewok celebration song? That is correct!

So the next question is, are they going to show the unaltered versions of the Original Trilogy in theater's before the premier of Star Wars: The Force Awakens? I certainly hope so because again, we are tired of the changes, tired of seeing Hayden Christensen, BRING SEBASTIAN SHAW BACK! I like Hayden don't get me wrong, but you can't change the Original Trilogy because those should have been untouchable from the very beginning.
