Rogue One Premier

Three weeks ago not only we saw amazing new trailers of Star Wars during Celebration 7 in Anaheim California but we saw something new that has never been done in the Star Wars Universe, spin-off movies. There has been rumors for over a year that Disney was going to make spin-off movies of characters such as Han Solo showing how me made the Kessel run in less than 12 parsecs in the Millennium Falcon and showing how he met Chewbacca, and also get another movie showing the origins of our famous lethal bounty hunter Boba Fett. But at Celebration 7 we get to see our first spin-off movie called Rogue One. If you notice the title "Star Wars Anthology" it appears it is going to be a series of these spin-off movies that is set between the original trilogy.
The opening scene of the minute teaser of Rogue One we hear Alec Guinness saying his lines from A New Hope in his homestead on Tatooine. "For over a thousand generations the Jedi Knights were the guardians of peace and justice in the old republic.... Before the dark times, before the Empire...". During his lines we see our first location to be somewhat in a jungle area. We see a river stream and then we see a Tie Fighter flying as those lines were being said. Then in a distance in the sky as the view grew larger, we see the finished Death Star orbiting this planet.
This forest type planet is yet to be confirmed of what planet this is. In the new The Force Awakens trailer we get confirmation that the desert planet we saw is not Tatooine, it is a new desert planet called Jakku. In Rogue One we can assume it is Yavin or Endor, but I myself doubt it is one of those planets and this could be a new planet or it can be the planet Dantooine, we do not know for sure yet.
It is to my understanding that the plot to Rogue One is about the Rebel Alliance stealing the Death Star plans. Now this will make a great movie plot because the Rebels did go through harsh times and battles to retrieve these plans that Darth Vader hunted for when capturing Tantive 4 in A New Hope. At the end of the teaser we see the reveal of the title Star Wars Anthology Rogue One and we hear the Rebels yelling during a struggle. So this movie is going to be really serious and cannot wait for the release. Rogue One is scheduled to be released in December of 2016.
It seems like Disney wants to really profit out of buying Star Wars from George Lucas for $4 billion and not only profiting of making more movies and milking the industry, but also to satisfy us fans for more movies and more fill ins. A lot of us have an emotional grudge over disney buying the franchise and basically deleting all those EU stories that we all come to love and cherish. But what everyone has to understand is that this is a great move for Disney and for us because again we get more movies, more stories, and hopefully no more George Lucas loop holes that he always left in the prequel trilogy. Also if George Lucas did not sell to Disney and decided to go with his already written out episodes 7-9, we all would have gotton another prequel set of for sequals. How bad would that have gotton?
A week ago on Star Wars Day May 4th we also got confirmation another spin-off movie of Boba Fett. Movie Rant website have already touched on the subject about the Boba Fett spin-off and other sources as well. I am hoping that actor Daniel Logan (Kid Boba Fett in Attack of the Clones) will reprise the Boba Fett role and show how Boba was trained, how he became dangerous and all that great stuff. Hopefully within these next few months towards The Force Awakens release date we get more information on this Boba Fett Origin spin-off.
